The Process
Phase I: Pre-Engagement
1. Review Your Personal Financial Concerns
We carefully review all of your personal and financial information and existing planning documents, to determine whether or not our services will be valuable to you.
2. Listen To You
Through thoughtful listening, we seek first to to understand your desires and needs as they relate to you and your family. Then we educate you as to the various choices available to meet your needs and desires.
3. Accept The Engagement
We will accept engagements only when we can achieve substantial results. Based upon your objectives and circumstances, we formulate the parameters of the engagement including fees, deadlines and responsibilities.
Phase II: Engagement
4. Design Your Plan
We then work together to create a plan that will meet your desires and needs as well as make decisions about important people and personal instructions.
5. Plan Preparation
Here we work as a team in our office, as well as with your other advisors, to design your personalized planning documents
6. Signing Conference
This meeting is where the completed plan is introduced and thoroughly explained to you and all necessary documents are signed.
7. Funding Process
Here you will be assisted in placing all of your assets in a position where they are controlled by your plan.
Phase III: Post-Engagement
8. Plan Administration
We are available in the event of death or disability to assist family members and trusted advisors to administer your plan.
9. Periodic Reviews
We suggest regular reviews to adjust for changes in your circumstances or laws. |
